Can I customise my product?

Yes! We offer a range of extras and are open to new ideas should you have any. Head over to our FAQ page for additional extras. Get in touch and we will discuss further.

Can you accommodate a product to my specific size requirements?

Yes, our sizes are just our set sizes, if you have a size in mind, we can accommodate and give you a quote. This is for all our products!

What I want isn't on the product page, how can I purchase a custom locker?

Head over to the contact us page, when we confirm your order with you. an invoice will be sent separately.

Do you offer bundle discount?

We do not offer bundle discounts.

How long from purchasing will my locker be delivered?

We aim to have your product completed and delivered within 21 days, but please be mindful delays may occur.

How much is delivery?

All our items are subject to a quote. Please contact us.

Do you deliver outside of the UK?

Not currently. We are currently only delivering within England, Scotland, Wales.

Can i collect my order?

Yes of course!

How do I pay for my product?

We offer a range of ways to purchase, mainly Apple Pay, Visa, Cash on collection!

Can I pay on collection?

Yes! If you opt to collect your product and choose "pay on collection" a deposit is required of 50% upfront, then the rest on collection.

Do you offer returns?

If you want to return your product, we offer a 14 day period in which to do so. The product must be returned in the way you received it. You're also responsible for the shipping/delivery of the product back to us.

I have ordered and customised a product, can I return it?

Customised products are non-returnable

I have paid a deposit, but I have changed my mind, do I get my deposit back?

All deposits are non-refundable.

My product has become faulty, can I return it?

Our engineers will always try and rectify the problem first. If your product is passed the 14 day period, it is non-returnable.
